Reserve Florilege Michelin 2-star French Restaurant in Tokyo

Reserve Florilege Michelin 2-star French Restaurant in Tokyo Beautiful chef's counter overlooking an open kitchen where you can see the magic. A copy of the menu is presented in English, wine pairings are available, and some of the servers can speak English. An overall wonderful experience and fabulous and memorable meal.
    I can't wait to return!

Reserve Florilege Michelin 2-star French Restaurant in Tokyo

Reserve Florilege Michelin 2-star French Restaurant in Tokyo We were pleased that Voyagin was able to get us a reservation at Florilege. It seems to be one of the "hot" restaurants in Tokyo right now, with good reason. It's expensive but this is fine dining at its best, French technique paired with locally sourced food and Japanese tradition. There are just sixteen people around a wide counter with very comfortable seating and plenty of space, all built around the open kitchen. We could hear the oohs and ahs, mmm's and other sounds of surprise and delight from our fellow diners, though the space felt private. The food was delicious and the combinations very inventive. We were blown away by the quality of the ingredients and the graciousness of our server. I'd go back in a heartbeat, but alas, I don't live in Tokyo. Thanks Voyagin.
