Do Zen Meditation and Pilates at a Temple

This will be a good opportunity to calm your mind and body through zen meditation and Pilates. Pilates will also help you to de-stress and improve the state of your health. The meditation and Pilates will take place at Ennou Temple, which is a beautiful landmark that was built about 400 years ago. The first half of the lesson will be body element Pilates, taught by Saori. She will teach you how to relax your muscles and be conscious of your body's core to fix the habits and distortions of your body. The later half of the lesson will be meditation with the vice head priest of the temple, where you are invited to relax and reflect. We will teach you how to meditate and the meaning of sutra. It will be 40 min of Pilates and Zen each, and a 10 min break in between. Please come in comfortable clothes. We will donate all of the lesson fee to the neighboring disadvantaged areas through Re Smile Project.
