產品說明

Every day in the morning, our chefs visit Amlapura market to gather the produce for our menus of the day. Help carry the shopping and sample some produce while you absorb some real Balinese action in the hustle and bustle of the market. We are met with ladies seated on either sides of the walkway trying to sell their wares ... the many new sights, smell and sounds are exciting to take in. I will give you an assortment of interesting things to taste and show you the huge variety of fruit and vegetables on display alongside offerings, clay pots, basket wear and live stock. After eating our way around the market, we then drive 10 minutes to my restaurant Bali Asli, to enjoy morning tea with some of the local sweets that we chose at the market. Once we are settled, we learn how to prepare traditional flower offerings or “canang” and how to pray with them. The tasting continues as we start our cooking class by understanding the ingredients and learning how they are used for cooking, offerings and medicine. Then to the kitchen to use traditional equipment to prepare our lunch. The menu changes daily depending on what we find at the market.
