If you want to try some nice Wagyu in Japan, Imafuku will be the best answer.There were 4 appetizers served. The creamy avocado and Wagyu work well with Wasabi shoyu, Wagyu was so soft and it's like melting in the mouth.I heard from the staff that only Voyagin Special Course serves Sukiyaki and Shabu-shabu at the same time, so if you want to try the variety of Wagyu tastes, this would be the right choice.All female staff wear kimono when serving us, we had a really nice dinner! 造访了米其林一星餐厅今福，非常美味。我们共品尝了1道前菜，3道和牛前菜，寿喜烧，涮涮锅shabushabu和高汤的杂饮饭。牛油果和牛的前菜给我们留下了非常深刻的印象。牛油果非常浓厚富有奶香，和牛几乎不需要咀嚼就融化在嘴里，两种浓厚的食材加上清香的海苔和爽口的芥末酱油调味，有着非常丰富的味道。60g的黑毛和牛大片下锅，非常豪爽。沾上店内提供的已经搅拌好的鸡蛋，唇齿留香味有回甘。最后清爽的涮涮锅里，第一次吃到了牛舌涮涮锅，切的很薄很弹牙，跟厚切烤起来有着完全不一样的食感。听店员说，通过Voyagin预约的话才能享用到寿喜烧和涮涮锅两种锅，通常其他套餐都只提供一种。店员服务也非常棒！
Wanted to try Michelin dining in Tokyo but I'm not a huge fan of fish, so sushi and kaiseki places were out. Luckily I was able to secure a reservation at Imafuku using Voyagin's service. The meal course features both sukiyaki and shabu shabu, which is great as the in-restaurant courses are either one or the other and I wanted to try both. The food was absolutely amazing. The sukiyaki and shabu-shabu fillet cut in particular. I ended up ordering a few extra cuts of meat because it was just that good.
Dinner was so good and the service was perfect too. I would definitely recommend to try Imafuku for amazing Wagyu meal.
