Water painting normally is painted using only ink expressing a variety of pictures through shading. In this activity, you will be taught how to paint traditional Chinese water painting – the home of water painting – in an easy-to-follow manner. You will… • Learn easy ink painting techniques that enable you to freely paint a black and white Monochrome world. • Learn how to draw basic pictures of bamboo, orchid, and plum as well as applying that technique to draw animals, buildings and seasonal flowers in an easy-to-follow lesson. We will then have your paintings printed on colored paper or on a scroll for you to take back as souvenirs. In a small group, enjoy a full experience of the world of ink painting!
