Enjoy a kushikatsu bar and night view from Tsuutenkaku tower

Enjoy a kushikatsu bar and night view from Tsuutenkaku tower Yossi was a perfect host, we extended our night out past the yummy Kushikatsu and brilliant view of the Tower to also enjoy a bar and local night out with some shopping!

Hyogo: Japanese basic homestyle cooking with Yoshi

Hyogo: Japanese basic homestyle cooking with Yoshi Yoshi was a great host who started the experience before we arrived with helpful directions and advice before the session, we were also met at the local train station which was a great help in a new place to minimise any wasted time.

Once in Yoshi's home, we was put at ease and made very welcome in her own by introduced to her family and even having a little helper, in the form of her daughter who made the whole experience more fun and genuine.

The experience was very informative with clear instructions, printed pages and all our questions were answered so we knew how to replicate the ingredients back in the UK, so we again eat what we make!

I both enjoyed the experience and look forward to meeting Yoshi again potentially for other cooking experiences or using Voyagin website again

    Thanks

Hyogo: Japanese basic homestyle cooking with Yoshi

Hyogo: Japanese basic homestyle cooking with Yoshi Yoshi made a longtime dream of mine come true by taking me and my husband into her home and showing us the right and not at all intimidating way to make sukiyaki at home. With her lively enthusiasm she made everything seem so simple from the exact ingredients and exactly how to cut everything. And her lovely little daughter taught us how to dip the beef in egg and not be shy about eating. I'd rate this experience all stars for must do things in Kobe. Don't miss it!!!

Japanese homemade dish for Vegetarian / Halal dietary people

Japanese homemade dish for Vegetarian / Halal dietary people I think Haruka knows her stuffs well, she knows how to preserve the food’s nutrition. How to make replacement when you cannot take certain food (we are strict vegan). The lesson was light, easy and fun. She taught us very traditional Japanese food and even Japanese culture. So… if you want to convert to Japanese, this is one good course you must take.
