Reservation ticket for Final Fantasy Eorzea Cafe in Tokyo

Reservation ticket for Final Fantasy Eorzea Cafe in Tokyo The introduction is only in Japanese.. so for people that don’t understand Japanese, it might be quite confusing. Overall, the meal is quite pleasant but nothing to really shout about.. do visit if you are a true fan of final fantasy.. otherwise time will be more worthwhile at other attractions.

Rent a Go-Kart and ride around Akihabara Tokyo!

Rent a Go-Kart and ride around Akihabara Tokyo! At first I was skeptical whether or not this was worth it. It turns out to be one of our best experiences there.
Given how we'd been walking everywhere during our trip, switching to go-carts was a whole lot more fun. We booked a 2-hour experience which was cut in half due to rain (they did refund us the difference but not the tour guide cost). In that 1-hour, we went to Ueno, Akasaka, and lastly Tokyo Tower before heading back. Instructions for driving are pretty straight forward, as were the rules. It was follow the leader in a single line when driving and 2 carts side-by-side when stopped at lights. Although we booked an English-speaking guide, our guide didn't really speak English to us at all. He communicated pretty much entirely by gesturing. Not that it really was much of a deal since we understood the point. So, don't come in expecting to fully communicate with your guide. I would still recommend having one though to lead the way since it would be rather dangerous for you to navigate on your own if you are unfamiliar to driving in Japan. The host speaks English just fine so you can express your opinions to him. Costume selection is limited though it you're interested in that, mainly a couple mainstream anime outfits and Marvel/DC superheroes. If you want your Mario outfit you would have to book at the more expensive vendors.

Rent a Go-Kart and ride around Akihabara Tokyo!

Rent a Go-Kart and ride around Akihabara Tokyo! Absolutely amazing! If you are ever in Tokyo you have to do this. Don’t be scared off by the location. It’s worth it and you even get to dress up while you are go carting around Tokyo

Square Enix Cafe Tokyo, Osaka Tickets

Square Enix Cafe Tokyo, Osaka Tickets Accompanied my brother who was a big Final Fantasy fan and found it to be an okay experience. I think aside from Kingsglaive, KH and some other titles, there was a monthly theme of an SE anime that would adorn most of the cafe's walls and decor. The ordering and food was quick and good - the spicy chicken wings they had were my favorite. Was able to snag some exclusive merchandise too.

I think it would be a better experience here later at night, since we went around late afternoon. Go here if you want some sure SE merchandise (as of our visit it was mostly KH, FF14 and Kingsglaive merch)

Buy Suica Card—Japan's Most Convenient Prepaid E-Money Card

Buy Suica Card—Japan's Most Convenient Prepaid E-Money Card It was so easy to get the card and after we had got the train into Tokyo it was so much easier to get the metro connection as we already had the card on us and didn't have to stop and find then try to use the machine. Great well worth it.
