Its the best feeling ever to wake up on a mountain and see the sunset.
Of all the things that We did in Bali this was one of the best things.
All was proffecionel but also funny and with a smile.

Romantic Private Cave Dinner on a Secluded Beach in Nusa Dua

Romantic Private Cave Dinner on a Secluded Beach in Nusa Dua What an amazing experience. It far exceeded my expectations. Right from the moment we were picked up from our hotel and transported to the location, right through to being dropped off again at the end of the night, it was something special.
The food was amazing, the service was exceptional and the mood was perfect for my successful proposal to my girlfriend. Definitely recommended.

Visit a Local Healer & Get Your Life's Questions Answered

Visit a Local Healer & Get Your Life's Questions Answered My friend and I really enjoyed our time with Sri and Made Rai who were wonderful guides and interpreters. The visit with the healer was enlightening and, I think, truly healing. All of Bali has a positive energy like nowhere else, but I could feel an even more intense energy that's hard to describe when with the healer.

If you aren't understanding the translations or you're not sure if he is understanding you, don't be afraid to ask questions and clarify. The healer, and Rai, were warm, funny, and interesting.

Ubud Fireflies Tour - A Countryside Adventure

Ubud Fireflies Tour - A Countryside Adventure We did the fireflies tour with our guide Koko. It was absolutely magical walking out under the stars seeing the glow of the fireflies in the fields and hearing the crickets and the frogs. Koko was a very friendly and personable guide and gave us some interesting facts about the fireflies.

Koko does great things for the local community, teaching local children English and buying art from them to give as gifts to his customers. Part of the money on this tour gets donated to helping the local community.

At the end of the tour, Koko took us to a local cafe for some delicious Cassava chips and tea/coffee and gave us some beautiful Balinese artwork as a gift. A unique experience that I would highly recommend!

Visit the Sekumpul waterfalls - Bali's most beautiful falls!

Visit the Sekumpul waterfalls - Bali's most beautiful falls! I had seen photos of the waterfall but actually seeing it up close is incredible. It's a beautiful area and whilst the hike is quite steep, it is definitely worth it. Being able to swim under one of the smaller (less painful!) waterfalls is really refreshing and fun. There is a Rp 150,000 entrance and guide fee per person which I didn't know about, but it would probably be cheaper if you didn't get a guide. However, our guides were great and really funny plus you learn a lot from them about the area. On the way back, stopping to view Mt Batur was fascinating and the coffee plantation was also a really interesting and tasty experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this tour as it is a great way to escape the cushy tourist hub and see some of the beautiful Bali landscapes you would otherwise not see.
