Bali Scuba Diving at the Majestic Tulamben Liberty Wreck

Bali Scuba Diving at the Majestic Tulamben Liberty Wreck The booking was very simple and I finished the whole process in just 2 minutes. It was really a great experience booking with the site, and I hope that other websites allows such fast bookings.

Afterwards, our host immediately contacted us to make sure that everything is all set: He asked us at what time we would arrive and whether he could prepare anything for us when we arrived. What surprised me the most is that the owner of the place (Antoine) welcomes us personally. He was very unbelievably nice and showed us around the resort and make sure that he did not miss any details that we might need.

The next day was the training day and Alexis (the instructor) was also very nice and helped us get through the day with the intense training, but somehow managed to remind us to always have fun. We did a few pool session and a number of dive on the Batu Belah dive spot, and after we got back to the resort, Antoine made sure that everything is okay and we enjoyed our dive day (which we did!).

It might be too good to be true, but it's the truth. Everyone was so nice, the place is very nice and the food is really worth the value. Too bad I did not take my phone to the dive spot to take pictures.
Will definitely come back here with other friends and family

Many thanks to Voyagin and the Bali Dive Trek team who made this experience possible!

10% OFF Hike Up Mount Agung - Bali's Highest Peak

10% OFF Hike Up Mount Agung - Bali's Highest Peak I have to say this was one of the most intense experiences I have ever had. My passion is hiking but for anyone even remotely afraid of heights, this is horrific. Having said that, I was blessed with an awesome guide Gede Pastasia who even held my hand at one point at the top to help. Very encouraging and experienced. Thank you Gede and Voyagin for that crazy experience

15% OFF Instant Waterbom Bali Tickets - Asia's #1 Water Park

15% OFF Instant Waterbom Bali Tickets - Asia's #1 Water Park Totally get why it's Asia's #1 Water Park. Fantastic slides, friendly waterpark personnel, and very good sundaes! Only mild complaint is that the place is populated with westerners, to the point that it doesn't feel much like Bali at all, which may or may not be your thing.

10% OFF Hike Up Mount Agung - Bali's Highest Peak

10% OFF Hike Up Mount Agung - Bali's Highest Peak Our guides were knowledgeable and well-equipped. The climb itself was physically arduous and we barely made it in time for the summit, but the view was truly a wonder to behold. In hindsight however, a guide is not really necessary given that the trail to the summit is very much laid out - but we took it that we were paying for the car ride there and the settling of the toll fees and whatnot. However, given that the guides that could be hired there on-the-spot offered my cheaper rates and that the guides we were provided are paid no more than ~$5 dollars a day, we think that this package needs to be more fairly priced; we paid $100 per person.

Bali Scuba Diving at the Majestic Tulamben Liberty Wreck My instructor Max was super friendly, attentive and patient. He made me feel comfortable, though this was all new to me. My first diving experience with Bali Dive Trek was the highlight of my trip to Bali. It was a day to remember!:) Highly recommended!

10% OFF Hike Up Mount Agung - Bali's Highest Peak

10% OFF Hike Up Mount Agung - Bali's Highest Peak It seemed like the climb upwards was endless but mind over body, one foot after another, we were at the top. Looking back, it was one of the most memorable journeys I've ever made. Having never scaled a mountain before, I was determined to make my first climb a rather challenging one and Mt.Agung did not disappoint.

Climbing together with one other friend, who like me, is an inexperienced hiker, we were picked up punctually at 10pm from Ubud to make our way to our starting point at Bersakih. Started off braving the humid jungle in the dark and as I climbed higher, the temperature dropped steadily.

By the time I reached the summit, it was close to freezing cold (9 Degrees Celsius). The harsh winds didn't help either and I was shivering uncontrollably; don't let the picture fool you.

However, it was the descend that was more challenging. After the many hours climbing up, my legs felt like giving way. The heaviest strains were on the quads and calves... As a result, I suffered many bruises on my butt from the countless slips on the way down. Body's still aching even 24hrs after the climb.

Overall, it was a hell of an experience. The view was breathtaking and I'm sure to remember this journey for the rest of my life. Actually, I'm looking forward to my next climb! Which mountain shall it be this time...

25% OFF Bali Snorkeling: Nusa Lembongan Snorkeling Day Trip

25% OFF Bali Snorkeling: Nusa Lembongan Snorkeling Day Trip Very short amount of time for snorkeling. All the photos from the photo package are fisheye.

Each snorkel spot was about 25min each. The first spot they let us out in was probably too dangerous for a lot of people. The tide was going out and crashing against the rock walls and sea caves lining the cove. Myself and 2 other people all strong swimmers got sucked towards the rocks and sea caves. The boat came for us and once I got a hand on the ladder I pulled the others in. Then we went back for the other group. One of the guides had a girl on a floatation device and we had to throw a rope to them. Once we got that group on board we had to go after another girl and guide that went out to sea chasing a manta. All that for a single manta.

The rest of the spots we okay but the reef was a bit far down so you needed to dive about 2 meters. And there was always a current to fight against. Not relaxing at all.

I also got food poisoning from the buffet lunch.

Not my best snorkeling trip. A lot of that could have been overlooked if the snorkel spots were better and you got to stay longer. All in all save your money and snorkel in the Gillies.
