Autumn Leaves Forecast 2016

Hokkaido is the first part of Japan where momijigari, or maple leaf hunting, takes place. From end-September, leaves start changing color to red, yellow and gold, and the autumn leaf frontline moves southwards to Mt. Fuji and Arashiyama in Kyoto around early November.
