We serve Udon noodles in Osaka. Our restaurant is located in Shinmachi, Osaka.
Our staff who can speak English teaches tourists how to make handmade Udon. Many tourists are visiting Japan recently and they enjoy Japanese food. We'd like you to know one of the traditional Japanese dishes “Udon”.
Why don't we make Udon together? We're looking forward to seeing you.

Try to make handmade Udon noodles in Osaka!

Try to make handmade Udon noodles in Osaka! Had an amazing time and great learning experience with Sally at Udonzin Restaurant in Osaka. She spoke English which made my learning experience more enjoyable and Sally did an awesome job of showing us the inside secrets and techniques of making udon noodles from scratch and then we all ate our delicious udon noodles for lunch. We had two options to enjoy our udon either hot or cold. I chose the hot option with the thin soup broth as shown in my photo and was hands down the best tasting udon i have ever eaten. I would highly recommend taking this class from her as she is a great teacher. I am a professional chef back home in Los Angeles and will share the love to my students next term and what i have learned from Sally was all on point ^_^

Try to make handmade Udon noodles in Osaka! One of our highlights during our trip to Japan. Before the workshop, already great contact with Sally. She was so helpful and even offered to pick us up at the station. But the map was so easy, that we good walk ourselves to the restaurant. By the way there is a great coffee place around the corner, who burns his own coffee beans. One of the best cups of coffee I had.
I love the fact that the workshop is given in the Udon restaurant itself. The whole procedure is 'very specially' and I'm not ruin the surprise ;-) This is something you have to experience yourself. Again we loved talking to Sally and also the chef. If you are in Osaka and love to cook, than this is THE workshop you should book. You won't regret it for sure.

Try to make handmade Udon noodles in Osaka! This is one of the highlight of our recent Japan visit. Sally was our teacher and she speaks VERY good English. She was very helpful with the details on where to meet and she even picked us from the nearest train station. During the class, she gave us step by step instructions. Even the kids had tons of fun with the process.
They cooked the noodle for us at the end of the class and we enjoyed the hard work for lunch.
It's a highly recommended activity when you are visiting in Osaka.
