This cooking class will be held in my home near Phuket town in an airy western style kitchen. This course comes with a special morning trip to the local markets, selecting freshest ingredients for your cooking class experience. I will certainly go with you and teach you how to select the best ingredients and describing each and every element which makes Thai cuisine deliciously unique. From the preparation of the ingredients right through the cooking process, to the best part – the eating – you will experience it all first hand. I will give you easy to follow recipes and a certificate upon completion! OUR MENU RANGE Currently, I teach in person the following recipes. Please let me know if you have any special requests! Starters / Entrees: Pod Priar Thord (Thai Spring Rolls) Som Tum (Papaya / Mango Salad) Tom Yum Kung Mains Kai Med Mamung Himapan (Chicken with Cashew Nuts) Tord Mun Pla (Fish Cakes) Kao Pad (Fried Rice) Pad Krakow Rad Kon (Spicy pork or chicken with holy basil) Pad Thai (Thai Fried Noodles) Laab Gai Moo (Spicy salad of minced pork or chicken) Kaeng Kiaow Wan Gai (Green Chicken Curry) Masamam Gai (Masamam Chicken) Panang Gai (Penang Chicken) Deserts: Kao Niaow Mamuang (Sticky Rice & Mango) Kluang Buad Shee (Banana/Mango/Pumpkin/Sweet Potato or Taro with coconut milk)
