We thought the fees were good value for money and indeed it is. The cooking class is conducted where the farm is. They grew their own vegetables and herbs for the cooking class and we had a short tour which we thoroughly enjoyed. The host was very fun and interactive. For the tunnel tour, she provided us with good explanation on history of it. I would strongly recommend the cooking class.
It's good fun going around the market (Ben Thanh), not sure if the locals do actually shop there but at least you get to see what interesting food they eat, some are not for the light hearted!Loved the cooking class, expecially enjoyed the salad, and they will give you the recipe thereafter as opposed to sending you home empty handed. Chef was serious and focused, making sure you don't miss any steps.There was confusion on payment, got charged twice but Ilda kindly arranged the refund via email even though I've already left the country. Thank you!! :))Overall an experience worth having.
