    Learn how to drip the best coffee in Tokyo I had such a fun time learning how to make drip coffee with Fumiko! I expected this to be something more along the lines of a few coffee lovers talking endlessly about how delicious coffee is, but instead it as a very relaxed, intimate experience loaded with educational information! I was given pamphlets, demonstrations, and then even encouraged to make it myself once or twice. It was fun, and delicious. Definitely an experience I recommend to coffee lovers, or people looking to have fun and coffee.

    Try to make handmade Udon noodles in Osaka!

    Try to make handmade Udon noodles in Osaka! Had an amazing time and great learning experience with Sally at Udonzin Restaurant in Osaka. She spoke English which made my learning experience more enjoyable and Sally did an awesome job of showing us the inside secrets and techniques of making udon noodles from scratch and then we all ate our delicious udon noodles for lunch. We had two options to enjoy our udon either hot or cold. I chose the hot option with the thin soup broth as shown in my photo and was hands down the best tasting udon i have ever eaten. I would highly recommend taking this class from her as she is a great teacher. I am a professional chef back home in Los Angeles and will share the love to my students next term and what i have learned from Sally was all on point ^_^
