Okinawa's food culture is also one of the attractions of Okinawa travel which is known as long-lived food.
I offer Okinawa home cooking class for international guests in Naha, Okinawa. Guests can learn how to cook Okinawa or Ryukyu food which has a unique culture affected by Japanese and Chinese cuisine.
I am developing a unique world of Okinawa food created by knowledge of Ryukyu cuisine and sensibility as a food coordinator, as well as experiences and senses as a housewife performing day-to-day Okinawan events, and also offering cooking classes outside Okinawa to spread the Ryukyu food culture. I also learn Medical Zen food.
I speak English not that fluently but cover with a bright personality and smile!
