Many tourists have never visited a sake brewery before, but we are now able to offer you a first-hand tour.
Basically sake is made from three main ingredients; water, rice, and koji malt. Although there are about 1,600 breweries in Japan, each brewery's production technique is unique in some way or another. We invite you to get closer to Japanese culture and experience.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to get in contact.
I look forward to meeting you on our next sake brewery tour.

Discover Japan's Hidden World! Sake Brewery Tour in Tokyo
It is really difficult to tour a real sake brewery in the midst of the brewing season (winter) so this was a truly "hidden" experience. But Naoto found a lovely brewery whose staff and owners were all incredibly friendly and open. The tour was super well organized, Naoto's knowledge of sake shows his real passion for it and the sake itself was delicious.
