I'm Koji, a 41 year-old certified sake sommelier/adviser. I was born and have spent most of my life in Osaka. I also lived in Tokyo and in San Diego, California. I used to run an international guesthouse for foreign tourists for seven years and now my passion to support non-Japanese is on sake education! The course offers not only sake tastings but also lots of sake experiences. Be a sake master with me!
