As a culinary specialist and as a nutritionist I cook at home and host “Tukurukoto wo Tanoshimu” (Having fun making) class dressmaking and kimono-making. I’ve gone to many places as well as a “cook who makes business trips”. While being a home tutor for high schoolers for 11 years, I also went to Korea to study their food. After that, I started work at a kitchen at a hospital attached to Tokyo Medical and Dental University that makes over 600 meals a day. After leaving that post, I have done jobs such as catering, Japanese cooking lessons for foreigners in Japan, and work as a private cook.

Cook a Beautiful Japanese Meal For Beginners
Keiko was really awesome host!
Even though it was the first time for me to cook,I got to make traditional Japanese meals and it was actually delicious thanks to Keiko. Keiko was very patient and friendly and you can also enjoy how it looks like to cook in Japanese local house through her lesson.
Now I became very confident with cooking!
I will recommend Keiko's lesson to my friends :) -

Cook a Beautiful Japanese Meal For Beginners
I knew absolutely nothing about Japanese cooking and Keiko was marvelous in teaching me not only the basics of how to cook, but the history and evolution of Japanese cuisine, regional differences, and even nutritional value. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. It was lovely to be able to learn in the intimacy of her own home and I was touched by her kind hospitality. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to learn more advanced cooking from her in the future!
