My name is I Ketut Artanayasa, but you can call me Ketut! I was born in a village called Kerambitan in Tabanan and started my career in the hotel industry in 1991 as a steward. I fell in love with the way the chef there used to cook, and decided to pursue my culinary journey seriously. After many years of working in multiple restaurants and hotels in Seminyak and Kuta, I became an executive chef and have loved every moment of it. Come and taste my food during your time in Bali and I promise to make it delicious :)
