Hi, I'm Steve. I moved to Vietnam 11 years ago from Hawaii, although I'm originally from Charleston, South Carolina in the USA. I first came to Vietnam in 1996 as a traveler, part of a one-year journey around the world. Of all the countries I visited, Vietnam lured me back to live and continue that journey. Since then, I have fallen in love with the country, the culture and especially the people. I even married one.

During my early travels in Vietnam, I saw the vintage Vespa everywhere; one of my first priorities when I returned to live here was to get some wheels, and only a vintage Vespa would do. I bought my first Vespa on my third day back and it became a huge part of my life. My passion for Vespas subsequently led me to a successful restoration and export business. My Vietnamese wife, Phuong, has been a large part of that success; her savvy and local business knowledge has always provided us with an advantage.

Located on a busy corner, our café is the only Vespa themed cafe in Saigon. One of our favorite ways to relax and spend time is to gather a group of friends together at the café and explore southern Vietnam on our Vespas. We make these trips several times a year. I've always enjoyed sharing the stories of our adventures with our guests and almost everyone wanted to share the experience. Thus the idea for our vespa tours was born.

Ride and Eat Through Saigon After Dark (On Vintage Vespa)

Ride and Eat Through Saigon After Dark (On Vintage Vespa) One of the most fun things I've ever done! Great food! Great company and the ride of a lifetime through the hectic streets of Saigon! I would never have found the places visited as an independent traveller.
    Not to be missed!

The Insider's Tour of Saigon (on Vintage Vespa)

The Insider's Tour of Saigon (on Vintage Vespa) This was awesome. I usually tend to stay away from itinerary-based tours but my local, expert-guide made it quite memorable! I had been in Saigon for 5 days already prior to this, but it was with this tour that I really felt like I'm understanding the city. My favourite part was when they took us to the streets near the flower-market. Narrow, charming alleyways that I would never have located on my own - Had a great chance to peek in to the daily lives of the locals -I could stay there for hours! Overall an experience I would highly recommend- the guides really make it.
Can't wait to try their After Dark tour :)

A Glimpse of the Mekong with Cooking Class (On a Vespa)

A Glimpse of the Mekong with Cooking Class (On a Vespa) Ken and Frances from Sydney Australia say thanks for the fabulous tours we recently experienced with Vietnam Vespa Tours. A remarkable experience. The Tour guides were so friendly and helpful. (Dat - Yu and Vu).
We went on 3 tours and they all exceeded our expectations and will certainly recommend Vietnam Vespa Tours to everyone. We will book their tours again when we return to Vietnam. First tour experienced was the Mekong Tour and Cooking Class. It was simply amazing to see all that beautiful countryside viewed much closer and so much better on a Vespa. The prawn farms, fresh produce Markets, visiting peoples homes and see their daily lives and work they carry out. The cooking class was certainly a 10 out of 10 at a lovely site beside the river. We actually cooked up some very nice and easy meals to make back home.
