Enjoy Shinjuku Kabuki-cho, Golden-gai Night Tour

Enjoy Shinjuku Kabuki-cho, Golden-gai Night Tour We had such a great time touring Golden Gai with Satoko! We went to several different bars and got to try some great Japanese food as well. Satoko also gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in other cities as well. Highly recommend this tour.

Enjoy Shinjuku Kabuki-cho, Golden-gai Night Tour

Enjoy Shinjuku Kabuki-cho, Golden-gai Night Tour Satoke is so much fun. In a town where it is very difficult to get around in as a forefinger, Satoke makes it easy and is a pleasure to be with!

50% OFF Explore Tsukiji Fish Market in a fun local tour!

50% OFF Explore Tsukiji Fish Market in a fun local tour! Satoko was an amazing tour guide!! We are so happy we had her to show us around the busy market! She is very informative and we learned so much about the market and the history of it as well. The tour was split into 3 areas: the fruit and vegetable area, the fish market and also the area where all the food vendors are located. We also made a pit stop at the Shrine and learned the origin and meaning of "itadakimasu"

The fruit and vegetable area was pretty calm, all the beautiful foods and vegetables were packaged waiting to be sold or auctioned off. We saw a bunch of different produce that we've never seen before and was surprised at how much of the produce is imported from all over the world.

The fish market was busy and there was so much to see. We're so glad we had Satoko to show us around because it can be intimidating navigating the chaotic market. We have never seen tuna so fresh before. We got to try fresh fish cake and dried squid samples. Delicious!

The food vendor area was probably our favorite part of the tour. We got to sample dried grasshoppers, dehydrated plums, matcha cookies, dried seaweed, tuna and whale sashimi and clams! Everything was so good! Satoko gave us restaurant recommendations for places to get sushi after the tour. Highly recommend this tour!! :D
