I am Sho, owner of Washo cooking class, Osaka Japan. My father is a chef and my mother is a doctor. That is why I have been educated how to make a healthy and delicious meals since I was a child.
Washo is a kitchen in which you will learn how to cook meals with Japanese ingredients and seasonings without any artificial chemical additives.
Under a clean and friendly ambiance, you can also find lots of things about Japanese culture. The cooking procedure we plan is very simple, so anyone can follow it easily.
