How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

If your booking request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with a full itinerary of your chosen activity, your host’s contact information, and any notes the host has shared, for example "What to Bring". For your convenience, Voyagin holds on to your payment until 12 hours after the experience starts, so if anything goes wrong you can simply contact us.
