What happens once a booking is confirmed?

If your booking request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with your full itinerary, your host’s contact information, and any notes the host has shared. To protect you, Voyagin holds on to your payment until 12 hours after the experience starts* - if anything goes wrong you can simply contact us.

As a next step, we recommend that you contact your host and confirm the meeting location and time. Also, make sure to pack everything the host indicated in the What to Bring section to make sure you have an awesome experience!

* The starting time is indicated by the time you originally requested when you made the booking.
