What happens when I book an experience?

When you click the Book It button, you will be able to choose one or more options and book the experience. After that, you will be prompted to review your order and enter your payment information: you can either pay via credit card or with PayPal.

When you book an experience, you are submitting a booking request to the host. This does not mean that your request has automatically been accepted. Hosts usually respond within a couple hours, but have up to 3 days or until your preferred date/time, whichever is sooner, before your request expires.

If your booking request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with your full itinerary, your host’s contact information, and any notes the host has shared, for example What to Bring. To protect you, Voyagin holds on to your payment until 12 hours after the experience starts - if anything goes wrong you can simply contact us.

If your host declines your booking request or lets it expire, you will receive a full refund.
