Reserve Nishi-Azabu Taku Michelin 2-star Sushi in Tokyo

Reserve Nishi-Azabu Taku Michelin 2-star Sushi in Tokyo I am glad to introduce Taku to those people who like Sushi very much.
You could have a perfect experience of traditional Edo-mae Sushi.

Reserve Nishi-Azabu Taku Michelin 2-star Sushi in Tokyo

Reserve Nishi-Azabu Taku Michelin 2-star Sushi in Tokyo We made this reservation before leaving town. When we arrived it was just my brother and I sitting with the sushi chef, Satoshi. We loved the ambiance, the food and the service. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trips. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Tokyo.

Reserve Nishi-Azabu Taku Michelin 2-star Sushi in Tokyo Absolutely lovely experience! I will come back here every time I visit Tokyo! At first I was eager to try and get a reservation with the likes of Jiro or one of his former apprentices; but fortune had it that I would go here instead. I am so glad it worked out this way! It was a very personal experience with our chef showing us each fish he prepared for us with his handy book. Everyone was very kind and we were not rushed at all. The whole experience for dinner lasted about two hours (compared to being rushed out the door in 30 minutes at other famous sushi spots). So much delicious food!

Reserve Nishi-Azabu Taku Michelin 2-star Sushi in Tokyo

Reserve Nishi-Azabu Taku Michelin 2-star Sushi in Tokyo We've tried many places from low to high fidelity but Nishi-Azabu Taku has by far been the best experience. Despite the unrivalled taste and texture of all the pieces, the chef was more than courteous and explained every course (in English) — when he notices you're left-handed and places the Wasabi on the right side, you know you're in good company.
Given the length of the dinner, this is also the best bang for the buck one will find. We'll stop by again for sure.

Reserve Nishi-Azabu Taku Michelin 2-star Sushi in Tokyo When my initial choice wasn't available, Voyagin concierge staff recommended Taku and handled the reservation for dinner. The chefs spoke decent English and provided a really personal experience. The food was absolutely incredible and the staff provided excellent sake recommendations throughout the meal. There was a steady parade of food, but I didn't feel rushed. Absolutely recommend both Voyagin and the restaurant!
