Kenjutsu (swordfight) is practiced with a katana (sword) already drawn out. You will learn KATA upon changing to a gi outfit. KATA is a formal exercise which incorporates a series of movements designed to perfect your form, agility, speed.
- Learn short, basic practice routines of swordfighting.
- Change to a gi and use a wooden sword at our dojo.
- Choose between either a samurai or ninja outfit to wear. If you don't choose, a regular gi will be rented.
