Laughing therapy is a healing technique that combines breathing, meditation, and laughter. Scientific studies have proven that laughing for 10-20 minutes a day has many beneficial effects on the body. Laughing exercises, followed by good yoga breathing techniques can improve oxygen flow and improve your body's immune system. Laughing therapy is believed to be able to open seven chakras (energy points) in the human body. Through this laughter therapy, participants can expect to develop a healthy body, mind, and soul.
