Description

See, feel, and experience the spiritual aspect of the lives of local Balinese on this unique tour. Join me to see the Full Moon (or New Moon) ceremony at a local village temple in Bali. On this tour, you will be invited to be a part of the local people's ceremony. You will carry offerings on your head, dress in traditional Balinese clothes, and pray together with the local Balinese. If we are lucky, we might even be able to join a parade around the village! Why is it called the full moon and new moon ceremony? Because according to our Hindu beliefs, the best time to worship God is during the full moon as the power of God is much stronger blessing all creatures on Earth during this time. NOTE: Because this tour is reliant on the lunar calendar, please send me a message to determine the most suitable date. Photo credits: https://flic.kr/p/78c9md https://flic.kr/p/78c94y
