This is not for the faint of heart! I will take you to a local restaurant in a village a few kilometers away from the city of Dalat. You can experience the whole process of cooking a snake. This involves the chef slashing, skinning and cleaning the snake of its bacteria and/or venom. As well as cooking every part of the snake from its skin, to its meat and bones. The next part is voluntary - but you will be invited to eat the beating heart of the snake and gulping a shot of snake blood (mixed with vodka) just before the cooking process starts! If you do not wish to consume the snake, there are other local delicacies for you on the menu! This will be something you will keep in memory for a long, long time!
