My guide was amazing. Very sweet girl who knew the city very well and was very knowledgeable about the History of Tokyo. I had a great day exploring and learning about Japenese culture.
Hope to come again!
Taito was a great tour guide! He took us to so many amazing spots and we (my mom and I) got to dress up so much. He was willing to tour with us for the entire intinerary but it was getting late so we had to cut it by 7pm. He secretly dropped off some developed photos and a picture frame of me and my mother in kimonos with a sweet message attached. I hope to come to Japan with my bf and friends and ask for Taito to take us around again!
Great day in Tokyo
Yutaro was a cool guide and perfect for us - I had my family with me, five of us altogether. My family don't speak Japanese except some broken Japanese words from my son, but Yutaro had no problems with English. We threw different questions and requests during the tour and he was very flexible and attended to our needs even though it wasn't in the original plan.
Yutaro managed to guide us - a group of 5 incredibly well, as often we were individually interested in different things, he kept an eye on us at all times, even in the crowed streets and stations.
I was grateful that he knew Tokyo so well and was able to change the plan on the spot to accommodate what we wanted to do. His local knowledge was invaluable to us. We all enjoyed each other's sense of humor, too.
It was a great day and I highly recommend this tour to all!
Yutaro is in Croatia at this moment but he assigned Yuki to bring me around..she is very nice and accomodating..she brought me to Ueno,Akihabara and Harajuku...not to mention, she speaks English!Great!
Great way to see the city!
Yutaro was a super cool guide. He showed me lots of cool places and was very flexible throughout the day. He had lots of good advice in what to do for other things to do in Tokyo for the rest of my trip.
Absolutely Amazing Tour!
What can I say...Chris is an absolutely amazing tour guide!
His ability to adapt and change an itinerary to your preferences is astounding!
An immersive and in depth tour only possible with the years of experience, dedication and sharing of his local knowledge!
I can honestly say it's been one of the best day tours I have experienced and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again!
We did it all!
We had Nicole scheduled to give us our Tokyo 5 hour tour on the morning of the recent 7.2 earthquake. We wondered if she would still make it to pick us up in the morning and sure enough she did. What followed was an almost 8 mile extravaganza walk/subway tour of Tsukiji Fish market, Asakusa ( Nakamise street, Sensouiji), Harajuku, Meiji shine,Omotesando, Shibuya area, and then back to our hotel in Roppongi. 17,606 steps later(almost 8 miles walk), we captured a taste of so much in such a short period of time. Thanks nicole and voyagin !
Our guides were very nice, but didn't offer any history or discussion. We had to constantly ask questions or walk in silence.
