Teppanyaki is a type of Japanese cuisine that utilizes an iron griddle ("teppan") to cook ("yaku") ingredients. The chef usually cooks fresh vegetables, meat, and seafoods on a long flat iron griddle in front of the guests and serves hot dishes directly from the griddle.
The smell of freshly-cooked meat titillates your nose and the sizzling sound of lobster rumbles in your ears... Teppanyaki definitely appeals to one's sense!
The key part of teppanyaki is the chef's knife skills, cooking temperature, and the quality of the foods. That means high-end teppanyaki restaurants carefully select the ingredients and use only the best of the best. Teppanyaki Ginmeisui Ginza is also one of them.
They started their business in a popular resort hotel of Gotenba, Shizuoka and later opened a restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo. Their motto is "sincérité" ("sincerity" in French) of serving guests with great cordiality and it comes from their experiences and know-how in the hotel business.
In Teppanyaki Ginmeisui Ginza, the chef uses only Japanese black cow beef between 32 to 36 months of age, and fresh seafoods and vegetables from Shizuoka prefecture, a place well-known for being blessed with sea and mountains . The guests can enjoy melt-in-your-mouth wagyu beef experience in the ambience of a Japanese modern style room and a wide selection of wines perfectly matching each dish.

Teppanyaki Ginmeisui Ginza is open every day except Sundays and holidays under the following schedule;
Lunch: 11:30 ― 13:30 (13:30 Last Order)
Dinner:17:00 ― 21:00 (21:00 Last Order)
***Please kindly note that top-notch restaurants charge a cancellation fee between $100 USD and $200 USD per person when guests make last minute cancellations as they would have given the limited seats to other customers if the seats were not allocated to you. Therefore, in the event that you cancel your reservation less than a calendar week prior to your scheduled date of visit and/or don't show up for your meal, we will have to invoice you for the cancellation fees incurred. We strongly recommend that you kindly visit the restaurant as scheduled. We promise it will be a great experience!
