    Truly incredible hidden gem

The restaurant is hidden away on the basement floor of a Tokyo back-alley. Upon entry, we were greeted by a waitress in a white kimono and led to the bar, where we received ten incredible courses. The menu changes frequently, so I shall not be too specific, however I can say that I had never had a dining experience quite like it. From delicious eel dishes served in cocktail glasses, to soups made from local fish varieties I hadn't previously heard of, each course was an eye-opening experience in itself. The sake selection was excellent and the service impeccable. It is hard to say that any specific element was a highlight due to the general high quality, but the traditional tempura served between the other rather eclectic courses was incredible. Incredible attention was paid to each piece, and the quality was the highest I have yet experienced. Could go on, but will allow you to experience it yourself. Worth every penny!
