This restaurant only opened in June 2014 and already it has its regular customers because the chef has his own way to bring out the flavors from the ingredients in his sushi.

Sushi Watanabe has drawn a great deal of attention from all over the world for being healthy and delicious. It is simultaneously both simple yet complicated, plain yet sophisticated. The peak season of a particular ingredient is called shun and the shun of popular fishes are of main importance at Sushi Watanabe.
Recently opened in June 2014 Sushi Watanabe already has its regular customers. Besides the sushi, many of the other dishes served there are also delicious. Like salted salmon roe or deep fried monkfish nuggets.
To bring out the inherent flavor of the fresh seasonal ingredients, every dish keeps seasonings to a minimum allowing you to enjoy the peak of satisfaction for both your eyes and tongue.
The main space is a room of about 4 meters square with an L-shaped bench of unvarnished pale wood at which you sit and behind which stands the chef. There are 7 seats at the counter and some private rooms.
