Best meal I have ever had
So hard to get in. So it's great that voyagin could get us a table on Saturday night.
It was a 13 course degustation. I'm celiac, so they had a seperate menu prepared for me which was great.
We also did the wine matching. It almost doubled the price.... but was completely worth it. Some of the best wines I have had from around the world.
Transaction was fast easy and clear, will definitely book with voyagin again!

I had been waiting a very long time to finally eat at Narisawa, and it did not disappoint. Each dish has a theme and I really respect what the chef is trying to accomplish, his dishes are all about the natural environment. Everything was a highlight but the fermented bread cooked at the table was amazing!!! The chef even came out to thank us for eating at his restaurant but it was us that should have been thanking him.
Thank for Voyagin for this experience and for making it possible. I found it very difficult to reserve a spot on the Narisawa website and just when I thought I was unable to book with the restaurant, I stumbled across Voyagin and they made the whole process seamless.
Narisawa was an amazing restaurant and would highly recommend to anyone who can spare some extra cash to eat here. The service is immaculate and their attention to detail is highly commendable.
Celebration of summiting Fuji
This was the highlight of our Japan trip and was a celebration of us having summited Fuji. Professional service from arrival to departure., the menu certainly is based on the Japanese country and the land and its bounties. Highlight was probably the oyster dish. The making of the bread is certainly a spectacle to behold. We chose the saki and wine pairing and it was an informative introduction to premium saki. The overal presentation was not nearly as molecular as our previous Michelin restaurants visits. As usual there is a visit at the table from the chef which underlines the overal feeling of the restaurant .
It was such a great experience. The chef even came out to meet us personally!
The reservation process was easy and the host was very responsive when we had questions.
Just one word, "INCREDIBLE"
The environment was rather formal and serious, just like how one would expect from a fine-dining establishment. The service was impeccable as expected, but what went beyond my expectation was the presentation and the overall experience of the meal. The presentation of each dish was immaculate and beautiful, to say the least. The taste was complex but in a good way. Truly an incredible experience. Highly recommend!
