Hirosaku used to serve traditional Japanese cuisine when the restaurant opened, however, the chef Watanabe fell in love with soba noodles and learned how to cook them by himself and started serving it in 1999. His soba is exquisite and became popular among business people who work in Shinbashi. Of course, the traditional Japanese cuisine offered for dinner is also delicious.
