Sweat by practicing kickboxing, and feel fine at the end!
- Warm up, stretch for about 5 minutes
- Basic punches and kicks practice. Basic position. Shadowboxing. (2 to 4 round)
- Training bag and pat training. You punch and kick toward the training bag.(3 to 5 round)
- Physical training: sit-up, push ups, squat, etc. (If necessary)
- Stretch for 5 minutes
