    Not worth the money!

There were no chairs at "fancy" NYE dinner!! Elderly, pregnant women had to sit on the floor or on the table. Very poor choices for food, drinks were not good.
Entertaining was ONLY in Japanese, considering there were loads of tourists.
Considering we paid 200$ per person for this dinner, it was definitely NOT worth it! We have a previous experience at a NYE countdown Cruise in Hong Kong and I can tell you this was definitely not a good experience.

    An enjoyable experience

I find it about chaotic at the start and the buffet ran out quickly and pple started to panic whether there is enough food. Thankfully it was quickly replenished. Food was decent. My deck was very crowded and not many pple get to have a table to place their food. So we had to hold our plates and stand at a corner and couldn't get much view. However, the cruise allows us to roam to other decks including the smoking area where u could enjoy the night scene and sea breeze. The countdown at the top deck (as photo) was also very fun. The Spanish music is good and everyone was in high and happy mood. Ice cream were served. Overall, it was enjoyable but could be less chaotic at the start if the staff can speak English.

    Mediocre....

Long waiting, No chairs, poor fireworks(very far away also), cheap drinks and food, , mediocre musicians.
    This cruise was very deficient.

We had dinner standing up and pushed we too many people

The service never said that the dinner was without tables and chairs! We ate standing up and there was so many people that we were constantly being pushed! There were 10 chairs for 500 people! People were sitting and eating on the floor! The waiting line for the food was terrible and for the toilets was worse! The entertainer and everyone inside only spoke japanese even though 80% of the guests were not japanese! Really bad service would never recommend it to anyone! When we asked a solution they only said it wasnt the cruise/company fault but voyagin's fault because they didnt said how everything was going to be, specially the dinner without tables and chairs! So unrespectful !

    Tokyo 2016 Countdown Cruise

The event was nice but i was expecting to see more fireworks on the sky and the band to sing something more contemporary, not songs that were popular when my parents were young. But my parents had a great time, they could sing and dance on those old songs. It was a nice experience.

    Fun place

Well organized and fun atmosphere. Lack of seats was an issue.

    Not Worth the Trip

Voyagin New Year's Eve Dinner Cruise

We paid USD204 per person and it was a total rip off! Food was served buffet style and it was chaotic; terrible queues and disorganized system. They let you fend for yourselves. No service at all. People were wondering if there would be enough food for everybody. No tables and chairs so we ate standing up.

There wasn't any program. The musicians played after midnight. The countdown were in Japanese eventhough majority of the guests were foreigners. And the fireworks were terrible. Very short and too far away that we saw very little. Worst NYE countdown.

All in all, they did not deliver what was written on the event description. Will definitely NOT recommend this to anyone. Don't waste your time and money. Would have been better to watch the fireworks on TV.

No no no at least for New Year's Eve!!!

No sits, buffet stormed by all the people hoping to eat what's left by others, fireworks very far and visible for no more than 10 mins. Much better staying in Shibuya crossing!
