Very helpful employees! Did the job of leaving my luggage. Would recommend to anyone who needs to temporarily store luggage.
Weeks before arriving to Tokyo, I booked this service with Voyagin - good choice. I asked to arrive at 10, although, with arriving in Tokyo and being overwhelmed by the city, I arrived at 12pm - shooting them an email. They were super cool about it and very pleasant. The voyagin office is reasonably easy to find using Google maps. Word of advice to travellers. Google Maps is your friend. Thanks again Voyagin.

Voyagin literally saved our lives after a mishap!
After googling a suitcase storage service weeks before, and taking an uber to the storage service and finding out that it had already shut down upon getting there we panicked. Checked out of our airbnb at 10am and our flight was not until 10PM, we quickly had to find an alternative while seated inside our uber. I found voyagin and phoned them right away. All I had to do was pay online with my debit card and we left out suitcase at voyagin until we had to leave. Thank you so much for helping us and saving us from lugging around our five big suitcases! 10/10 would recommend!
They saved me
I used this service during the G7 in Japan because the classic coin lockers where unavailable and I was sleeping in manga cafes so my backpack was a problem.
In Voyagin they were extremelly nice and keep a helpful attitude all the time, so in this and other services you can always ask for any specific need you have and in my experience they will do their best to help you.
It's life saver for me
I was stuck at Shibuya station as i couldnt find any available locker for my luggage. That's when i googled for solutions and found Voyagin.
Their response was immediate and the location of their office is just great, just a couple of minutes walk from Shibuya station.
I get to enjoy my last few hours of shopping and sightseeing before my night flight back, free of luggages, all thanks to them.
Its fuss-free and the hosts are all friendly.
Will definitely use their services again when im back to Tokyo.
Helped us out last minute
Thanks for storing our luggage when we were in a bind!
quick & friendly!
staff was very friendly & quick to help because we didn't know you had to book in advance
Quick, easy and painless!
I left my luggage at the Voyagin office as I was off to Osaka for a few days before returning to Tokyo, and didn't want the hassle of lugging 20+ kg of luggage on the Shinkansen and back. The whole process was easy, simply leave your luggage at the office and collect it on the day you nominate to return it. Also a lot easier/less stressful than trying to find a locker at a train station.
Convenient luggage storage
My partner and I were left in a bit of a pickle when another storage location we found online wasn't actually open (or in existence) anymore near Shibuya Station. Luckily Voyagin was nearby. We got there before they were officially open for the day, but someone came out and quickly helped us out. It's a bit pricier than lockers or train station storage offices, but I felt safe leaving my belongings with the staff there. Would gladly use them again.
