DO NOT EAT NATTO (fermented soybeans) on the day of your participation.
Natto is fermented using a different type of bacteria, which is very powerful and will disable the Miso bacteria (meaning your Miso will not ferment properly)
Also, you can choose the type of container to take your Miso home with you.
Please let me know in advance if you prefer 1. flexible plastic (like sandwich bags) or 2. rigid plastic (like Tupperware)

I have a great passion for food and through my friends and travels I always learned about and enjoyed exotic food cultures and beyond, so now I decided to share some of mine with those who are visiting Japan!
I currently host some workshops in a group we call "grandmas group", where we gather and try out traditional Japanese cooking and other life techniques like making soaps.
I am interested in sustainable and healthy living full of love - through the food we eat everyday.
I believe some hints for this kind of lifestyle are found in some of our traditions - therefore I offer these workshops!
