Hello, everyone!
My name is Koharu, and I am a professional wadaiko (drum) player.

I have nearly 20 years of performance experience, including performances at international venues.
With the help of my friend, Masako, I recently began offering the drum/dance workshop out of a studio in Asakusa, a popular tourism destination in downtown Tokyo.

Our goal is to raise awareness about wadaiko and traditional Japanese performance arts. We sincerely hope that the workshop will help you gain some insight into Japanese culture and the sensitivity that tie together many Japanese traditional arts.
