    From the wife:

We booked this for 2 (me and my husband) at my request. I always wanted to visit a butler cafe! There are lots of types of cafes, but I requested one specifically traditional and without many foreigners (after all, I can see all the Americans I want back home!) so Voyagin booked something that met our wants.

Keiko-san was our guide. She was wonderful! Warm, funny, flexible... She seemed to be as delighted as we were by the atmosphere. The place we went (Cafe Swallowtail) was apparently very popular, so booking was definitely required in advance and the reservation time was strict. Keiko-san was great at explaining the cancellation policy to us and getting us there in plenty of time, ensuring that we wouldn't lose our slot. She explained everything on the menu and what was being said to us when the butlers themselves couldn't (some of them spoke limited English). She was a great eating companion as well. We chatted about our plans in Japan and compared thoughts on the food, as well as the atmosphere. Afterwards, we found a gift shop (can't leave without a souvenir!) and she obliged me by translating some of the goods on sale and asking about special items.

Overall, Voyagin provided exactly what we asked for, and Keiko-san was MORE than we could have asked for! Thank you so much!
