Hi, my name is Yu! I think Japan has so much to see. I want to introduce the "local" and "unknown" parts of Japan to foreign travelers. I love seeing travelers and Japanese get to know each other and laugh together, so I want help create those scenes.

I've lived in Tokyo for more than 25 years. After working at an advertising company for 8 years, I took a 1 year trip around the world in 2013. I've been to 26 countries. I've spent 7 months in South and Central America and 3 months in Africa, Europe, and India.
At the beginning of 2014, I came back and started working for in tourism.

My hobbies are running, playing football, and boxing.

If you're interested in, please feel free to contact me, I hope to meet you. Let's walk and laugh together!!

Excellent start to stay in Tokyo

If you love food, this works great as a first tour, before taking on Tokyos many sushi restaurants. Great experience!

    Various food sampling!

I was running little late due to the morning train rush and they were super kind to wait for me. I really wanted to experience Tsukiji market while on my vacay in Japan and thought it would be better to go with a guide rather than alone. Sampled a selection of food and had the best tuna in my life "Oma" (sp?). Pretty cool experience.

    Good experience

Was hesitant to go to the tuna auction because of the time (line up at 3am) so we decided to book this tour instead. no regrets and it was a really great way to spend our morning walking around the market and trying different kinds of food and drink

    Friendly, informative, and relaxed

What a great introduction to Tokyo and Japan! Our guide Yuki was friendly and pointed out a lot of things we would have missed on our own. She has a great relationship with the market's vendors and is knowledgeable about Japan's food traditions. A big thanks to Yuki and the staff!

    Tsujuki Fish Market

We had a spectacular time touring the fish and vegetable markets. Our guides were very knowledgeable and knew all the great places to sample foods. Five stars!

    Great tour!

This tour was perfect - we went in the morning and then took a 4pm flight to Beijing. Quick, easy, fun, and friendly. Our guide was Yoko, and she was awesome too. Highly recommended.

I have always wanted to go to Tsukiji market because I am a foodie. The place is legendary! I felt I needed to visit before it moves to a new location in 2016, it did not disappoint me. The 3.5 hour at Tsukiji with Yuriko from Tokyo FooDrink was amazing. The place is, to me, a temple of Japanese ways of living and traditions. I learned many new things and met wonderful people. I would like to thank the team for coming up with this brillant programme.

This tour was an absolute high light to our experience in Japan!
Eriko was an awesome guide, her knowledge and English was terrific and I learnt so much from her. I loved all the food we tasted, especially the egg omelette and sashimi at the end was brilliant.
    Thank you Eriko!!!
