I’m a fitness instructor teaching exercises like pilates or aquabics at sports clubs. I also run my own studio, where I conduct one-on-one training with people using methods such as Pilates or KAATSU training. It’s my wish that harmonizing the body to the mind and connecting with people/countries through this activity will provide a chance for an even more richer life.

The event was exactly as advertised and both of the hosts were quite welcoming and made great efforts to make the activity both enjoyable and culturally meaningful. Given that the majority of the participants were a diverse group of Japanese people, the event itself is of course run in Japanese, however the organizers provide English support as needed -- which makes this activity one of those rare accessible windows into life of real people in Tokyo today.
