Halal is an Arabic term that means lawful or permitted. Halal food is food that is allowed under Islamic dietary guidelines. Halal food strictly defines what food is allowed to be consumed and how the food must be prepared.
Pork cannot be consumed and other meat that were not slaughtered properly or were dead prior to slaughtering cannot be consumed. When cooking Halal Japanese food, we are not able to use traditional ingredients such as soy sauce, miso, and rice wine (mirin). The demand and attention of Halal food has been growing around the world. We are a Halal certified restaurant, which is really rare around the Kanto area.
We have made a Halal Japanese course menu for you to enjoy and learn. We will provide you with thorough information on how to cook the menu, describing each ingredients and steps for you to cook the same course menu when you get back home.
