Important Information

This activity is not guided, and the buses and other methods of transportation used will only have announcements in Japanese. Signs and announcements will also mainly be in Japanese.

Please make sure to confirm your drop-off and pick-up locations and times carefully. Staff at the various points may not be able to speak English.

The bus stops may be subject to change, please check with staff at each stop.

During Obon, New Years and Golden Week, the tour will not run due to road congestion.

We do not take responsibility for guests who arrive late or ride the incorrect bus.

You may leave the bus from a different place than where you boarded it (choosing from the two drop-off locations available for this tour).

Please go to the check-in counter to receive your Sanko Bus voucher with your updated itinerary. The final itinerary will come with service tickets. If you do not have the tickets, you will not be able to receive the services.

Receive your final itinerary at:
- Kumamoto Station - Bus counter near Hotel New Otani Kumamoto at Shirakawa Exit
- Kumamoto Kotsu Center - 1st Floor Ticket Booth
