Kinmata serves Kaiseki ryori which is one of Japan's traditional dishes and is a place where the owner is very particular about ingredients each day, allowing you to eat special foods made with seasonal ingredients. Kyo-yasai are traditional vegetables in Kyoto and are one of the specialities at Kinmata. At Kinmata you will be able to enjoy creative and delicate style of Japanese cuisine!
This restaurant is located in Kyoto with a history that dates back to 1801 and has a building that was registered as a Tangible Cultural Property in 2001. The building therefore offers both an internal and externally wonderful appearance meaning that you can enjoy not only amazing foods but also in a traditional Japanese atmosphere. You will be definitely moved by the interior.
