Interesting & A Lot of Fun!
Having seen many films films about ninja & samurai when I was younger (and Kill Bill when I was older) I was interested in this experience.
And it was a lot of fun!
Our hosts were very friendly and instructive.
We went through stages of how a ninja dresses, walks, breathes and finally uses a katana (sword), shuriken & blow dart... and got to do all of them ourselves.
The satisfaction when a shuriken or blow dart hits the target is fantastic!
There's nothing on the history of ninjas (something to add?) but it is definitely a great experience and lots of fun if you have any interest at all in the subject.
And it is part of Japanese history of course.
