I have lived in Kyoto for 40 years and I love the life and entertainment of the city. As I work in the communication industry, I have been offering local experiences for many people from abroad and the rest of Japan.

There are special places in Kyoto's geisha and maiko districts where only few guests are allowed to enter. I can guide you to Gion and several other such areas.

I cannot accommodate big groups of visitors, but with my long experience in living in Kyoto, I will make sure that you feel the highest level of Japanese "omotenashi" hospitality.

Absolutely incredible, a true privilege to meet these fascinating and beautiful women.

This experience was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It was an incredible privilege to be allowed to go to a private Tea House and meet a Maiko and Geiko.

We were collected from our hotel in a luxury car and escorted by a translator. We met and chatted with the Tea House owner and 2 Maikos and 2 Geikos. They served us sake and sweets and chatted freely and candidly.
It was both fascinating and incredibly enjoyable, with a lot of laughing by everyone present.

We were there for over 2 hrs.
They also performed a dance for us.

I couldn't recommend this experience more highly.
It was one of the best things that I have ever done in all my many years of travelling to many countries.

A true privilege to meet these amazing, beautiful and surprisingly down to earth women.
