Important Information

※Heavy congestion is expected in Omagari Fireworks Competition. In order to avoid congestion, the bus will be parked in a parking lot about 3.5 km away from the entrance of the venue (It will take about 50 minutes from the parking lot due to the congestion). Also, it may take another 30~40 minutes to get to your seat from the entrance depending on the congestion level. We have to ask you to keep your ticket with you always, as only ticket holders can enter the venue.
In case if the fireworks competition is cancelled due to the natural disaster like storm or after earthquake, we will inform you this matter a day before the event. Please let us know your phone number while staying in Japan if possible. If the cancellation is made after the tour departs, the tour will continue and will visit other places or you will go directly to the hotel. In this case, there will be a refund of a stand seat fee. However, it is to be noted that fireworks competition will be held unless the rain is too heavy.
2 single rooms might be provided in some cases to those who made a reservation with 1 room for 2 participants.
Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended.
According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may have to be changed.
Please note that the tour is for Japanese citizens and basically operated in Japanese. The accompanied staff gives you the basic information (such as meeting place and time at each stop) in English or Chinese, however, she/he does not gives you the detailed information of visiting places.
We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond our control.
If we have to cancel the tour for typhoon, heavy snow, or other circumstances beyond our control, we decide the matter by 3pm Japan time one day before the departure and inform you about it by e-mail.
